UNIZIK is pleased to announce that the 2023/2024 supplementary admissions exercise will commence at noon on Monday, March 27th 2023.

This opportunity is available only for prospective UTME admission candidates who have not yet been admitted into any department within the institution but registered successfully for PUTME and, on JAMB CAPS, uploaded their O-level results.

UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form Application

• Visit UNIZIK’s CAPS website.
• With your email and password (the same details used for Post-UTME registration), log in to your CAPS account.
• Click on the link of Supplementary Application.
• Select your preferred course to shop for as you browse the available courses.
• Click “Next” to confirmation on your selection, of course.
• As your payment method Select “Etranzact Pay with Card.”
• By clicking “Next,” proceed to the payment portal.
• Pay the N15,000 for the shopping fee using your debit or credit card (bank charges excluded).
• The success page will be redirected to you, and your course selection will be confirmed once your payment is successful.
