UNILAG Department of Geography (Social Science) Admission Requirement

To study Geography, candidates must meet the following requirements.

O’LEVEL SUBJECT COMBINATION

Below is the JAMB/UTME Requirement for GEOGRAPHY in faculty of Social/Management Sciences

• Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Geography, and any three (3) from Arts or Social Science subjects with at least a pass in Mathematics

JAMB SUBJECT COMBINATION

Below is the JAMB/UTME SUBJECT COMBINATION for GEOGRAPHY in faculty of Social/Management Sciences.

• English Language(*), Geography and two (2) other Arts or Social Science subjects.

DIRECT ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR GEOGRAPHY

Below is the Direct Entry (DE) Requirement for GEOGRAPHY in faculty of Social/Management Sciences.

• Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Geography and any one (1) of Economics., Government, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics.

JAMB Score

For any candidate to be admitted in any Department in the University of Lagos, the Candidate must score 200 and above in JAMB.
