UNILAG Department of Estate Management Admission Requirement 2023/2024

In this article, we will list the requirements candidates must meet to study Estate Management at Lagos State University, ranging from O’level subject combination, JAMB Score and Post UTME Score, and departmental cut-Off mark.

To study Estate Management, candidates must meet the following requirements.

O’Level Subject Combination

Below is the UTME Requirement for Estate Management in the faculty of Engineering/Environment/Technology;

• Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Geography, and any two (2) of Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Government, Biology, Art, History, IRK/CRK, Social Studies, and Tech Drawing.

Jamb Subject Combination

Below is the UTME/JAMB SUBJECT COMBINATION for Estate Management in the faculty of Engineering/Environment/Technology;

• English Language(*), Mathematics, Geography and Economics, Physics, Chemistry.

Direct Entry Requirement for Estate Management

Below is the DIRECT ENTRY (DE) Requirement for Estate Management in the faculty of Engineering/Environment/Technology;

• Two (2) A’ LEVEL passes in Geography and Mathematics.
• ND/HND upper credit in Town Planning or related programmes plus UTME requirements are accepted.

JAMB Score

For any candidate to be admitted to any Department in the University of Lagos, the Candidate must score 200 and above in JAMB.
