UNILAG Department of Education and Economics Admission Requirement

In this article we are going to be listing the necessary requirements candidates must meet to study Education and Economics in the Lagos State University ranging from O’level subject combination, JAMB Score and Post UTME Score and departmental cut-Off mark.

To study Education and Economics, candidates must meet the following requirements.

O’LEVEL SUBJECT COMBINATION

Below is the UTME Requirement for Education and Economics;

  • Five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes to include English Language, Economics and Mathematics.

JAMB SUBJECT COMBINATION

Below is the UTME/JAMB SUBJECT COMBINATION for Education and Economics;

  • English Language(*), Economics, Mathematics and one (1) other subject from Geography/Physics, History, Government and Literature in English.

DIRECT ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR EDUCATION AND ECONOMICS

Below is the DIRECT ENTRY (DE) Requirement for Education and Economics;

  • Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Economics and one (1) other relevant subject.
  • NCE merit/credit in Economics and one (1) other subject.

JAMB Score

For any candidate to be admitted in any Department in the University of Lagos, the Candidate must score 200 and above in JAMB.
