This is to inform the general public and all aspirants of the University of Calabar that the admission requirements for the Department of Education & Biology have been published.
The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Education & Biology include the following: Five (5) SSCE credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Mathematics and one (1) other subject.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Biology and two (2) other subjects from below:
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Physics
Direct Entry Requirement For Education & Biology
Below is the Direct Entry Requirement for Education & Biology:
- NCE/’A’ level passes in Biology and one (1) other Science subjects.
