This is to inform all the newly admitted students of the University of Ibadan (UI) that the management of the institution has approved the 2022/2023 Orientation Programme for fresh students.
The UI Orientation programme is one of the traditional activities put in place by the university to welcome freshers and inform them of what goes around in the School.

The UI orientation date is usually approved by the school management which includes Principal Officers, Deans of Faculties, Directors, and Heads of Departments.

When is UI Orientation Programme Scheduled Date?
The University of Ibadan freshers’ orientation programme has been scheduled to hold Virtually.
The virtual orientation programme is scheduled for Wednesday (2-02-22) to Friday (4-02-22), as follows:
- Go to University LMS http://lms.ui.edu.ng and proceed to login
- Enter your Username and password and click log in
- Your username is a combination of the first character of your first name, your surname and the last 3 digits of your Matriculation number
- Your password is your JAMB registration number.
- View your Matriculation number here if you have not done so already
- You will be prompted to change your password
- You are now on your course page. Your name will show on the top right corner.
If you forget your password at any time, there is a provision on the LMS main page to reset and a new password will be sent to your official University address, which is also available from the registration portal.
