Faculty of Built Environment, Bartlett University of London, launched the extension of its flagship Bartlett Promise Scholarship 2022/2023 scheme to applicants from Sub-Saharan Africa.
About The Bartlett Promise Scholarship
The Bartlett Promise is an ongoing effort to address the lack of diversity in the built environment industry by luring and supporting students from a wider range of backgrounds to study at The Bartlett.
For the duration of their program, the scholars’ fees, living expenses, and costs associated with their studies are all covered by the scholarships, along with professional, social, and career counselling.
Now in its second year, the program provides financial aid to 21 UK undergraduates, 13 Masters, and 4 PhD students thanks to the generosity of our valued donors Jestico + Whiles, Derwent London, and the Aziz Foundation.
The Bartlett is expanding its efforts globally after establishing a special UK-focused scholarship that will grow with each passing year. Applications for four scholarships to attend The Bartlett starting in September 2023 will be accepted starting on March 1, 2023.
The scholarships are available to citizens of 48 Sub-Saharan African nations who have received an offer of admission to a Master’s degree at one of The Bartlett’s nine schools and who need financial assistance.
