Only 20 constituencies (representing more than 60 different nations) had received Rhodes Scholarship awards up until recently.
The Rhodes Scholarships are now truly international since two new Global Scholarships now accept applications from qualified applicants around the globe (upon nomination).
The Rhodes Global Scholarship program seeks out exceptional young leaders eager to tackle global issues and advance peace and understanding worldwide.

i. You must be at least 18 years old on October 1, 2023, and you must not be older than 24 (you must have been born after October 1, 1998, and on or before October 1, 2004, for example).
OR (for older candidates who completed their first undergraduate degree later than usual)

Candidates will have a better chance of being admitted to Oxford if they hold a First Class Honours Degree or the equivalent, or a GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher, due to the extremely fierce worldwide competition for spots at the University of Oxford.
d.English language: To meet the University of Oxford’s English language proficiency criteria (at the Higher Level mentioned), you must have a sufficiently high level of English.
