The bank is currently seeking fresh graduates who are ambitious, eager to learn new skills, and can operate under the direct supervision of team leads in close coordination with group heads.
The selected applicants will get a chance to utilize their academic knowledge in practical conflict situations with the support of an experienced and skilled team.
The program will provide candidates with an in-depth understanding of the skills and knowledge required for success in the workplace. In addition, the candidate will develop decision-making and critical thinking skills, building confidence and self-esteem.
If you’re interested in applying, we require candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a relevant field with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) grade. Fresh graduates who have completed NYSC and are aged 26 and below are especially encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be willing to start a career in sales and must have proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., is also required.
