Never has a post caused so much buzz on social media as the list of people that won’t make heaven in Nigeria.
It is quite hilarious, as so many names made it to the list, some you could agree with quite rightly, and the others are just totally surprising.
Being a rather “too religious” country was only expected anyway.
What we are not so sure of, however, is the criteria with which this list of people that won’t make heaven in Nigeria was prepared.
List Of People That Won’t Make Heaven in Nigeria 2022
Starting from the top, as tweeted by @Sherrif_africa, here we go:
1. Naira Marley
Popular Nigerian hip-hop singer Azeez Adeshina Fashola with the stage name Naira Marley is top of the list of people that won’t make heaven in Nigeria.
Reacting to this, the hip-hop star only responded with, “but why me? “questioning why he was singled out of the millions of people in Nigeria.
Anita Nathacha, popularly known as Tacha or Symply Tacha, is a social media influencer who was one of the contestants of BBNaija in 2019.
She went viral for having Davido as a tattoo on her chest.
Tacha was evicted from the BBNaija contest for her supposedly rude behavior in the house.
However, why she’s listed among the list of people that won’t make heaven, we don’t know.
3. Muhammadu Buhari
Being the incumbent president of Nigeria, Buhari came in on the premise of so many promises and hopes that it’s no surprise he made it to the list.
The president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria since 2015.
Hausa by tribe and a member of the All Progressive Congress.
He was once a military head of state. A Muslim from the northern part of Nigeria.
Probably, the compiler of this list, @Sherrif_africa may have included Buhari in the list of people that won’t make heaven in Nigeria because he believes that the man has brought negative change or that he hasn’t fulfilled his promises.
4. All APC Members
The All Progressive Congress, the ruling party at the moment in Nigeria, was created in 2013.
It was APC that produced President Muhammadu Buhari as the present president of the federal republic of Nigeria. The Action Congress of Nigeria created APC.
Some other top APC members include former governor of Lagos state, chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice president Yemi Osinbajo, senate president Ahmed Lawan, and Ogun State governor Dapo Abiodun amongst others.
Why they made it to the list, only the compiler @sherrif_africa knows why.
Surprisingly, former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, is among the list of people that will not make heaven. He was born on 5th March 1937.
Some Nigerians believe Obasanjo to have served Nigeria to the best of his abilities, but some, like @sherrif_africa, think he’s far from a saint.
That might be why he’s included in the list of people who will not make heaven.
The renowned Nigerian politician, former governor of Lagos state, and currently a presidential aspirant under the APC Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu are definitely on the list too.
Often regarded as the most successful Lagos politician.
Probably because of his political deeds, and there are many, he won’t be able to make heaven, one can only imagine.
7. All Arsenal FC fan
Arsenal FC is a professional football club in England.
Arsenal plays in the Premier League, the top flight of English football.
Will all Arsenal FC fans in Nigeria make heaven? Maybe, maybe not.
The reason behind this, though, we don’t know. Only @sherrif_africa can tell.
8. Daddy Showkey
Veteran Nigerian dancehall star Daddy Showkey whose real name is John Asiemo, was included in the list of people that won’t make heaven in Nigeria.
His genre of music is called ghetto dance or simply ghetto.
He was popular in Ajegunle in the late 1990s.
He became a brand ambassador for Real Estate Management Revelation Property Group in 2018.
9. Speed Darlington
Darlington Okoye, a Nigerian from Imo State, is a dancer, songwriter, and commercial visual artist based in the US.
He is among the list of people that will not make heaven in Nigeria according to the list.
Here is a Nigerian record producer and hip-hop recording artist who is popularly known as M.I but whose real name is Jude Abaga.
He was born on 4 October 1981. From June 2015 – 2019, he was the CEO of Chocolate City.
He was nominated for Best International Act at the BET Awards 2010.
He also won Best Hip Hop and Best New Act at the 2009 MTV Africa Music Awards.
Why is he on the list of people who won’t make heaven in Nigeria? Only @sherrif_africa knows.
We wish we could know the criteria for this rating as some people on this list shouldn’t have made a list. Tell us what do think.
Do you think the list of people that won’t make heaven in 2022 is deserving?
