KWASU has once again proven its commitment to excellence as 12 programs have been re-accredited by the (NUC) National Universities Commission.
The NUC’s endorsement reflects the institution’s commitment to showcasing quality education and facilities to its students.
KWASU has consistently met and exceeded the expectations of its stakeholders, making this achievement no surprise to the public.
KWASU’s Re-accreditation Success
KWASU presented 12 programs for re-accreditation in November/December 2023. On March 9, 2023, 100% pass marks were granted by the NUC to all of the programs submitted.
The notice addressed Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, and the University visitors was signed by the Programme Accreditation Deputy Director, Architect S.S. Ikani, at NUC.

The Reaction of the Acting Vice-Chancellor
The Acting Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh, expressed his gratitude for the success of the institution.
