NSUK Academic Calendar for First Semester

• Resumption of New and Returning Students – 13th September 2023
• Registration Ends – 27th September 2023
• Late Registration Starts – 28th September 2023
• Late Registration Ends and Portal Closes – 11th October 2023
• Lectures start for Fresh and Returning Students – 27th September 2023
• Lectures End – 11th December 2023.
• Revision Week and Commencement of Examination for Faculty of Education – 13th December to 18th December 2023
• End of the Year Break – 19th December – 2nd January 2023
• First Semester Examinations for other Faculties – 3rd January 2023to 29th January 2023
• First Semester Break – 30th January to Sunday 6th February 2023
• Considerations and approval of all First Semester results in a regular Senate Meeting – 31st March 2023.

• Resumption of all Students for the Second Semester – 6th February 2023
• Second Semester Registration and Lectures Start 7th February 2023
• Portal Closes – 25th February 2023
• Second Semester Lectures End – 23rd April 2023
• Revision Week and Commencement of Second Semester Examination for other Faculties – 2nd May 2023 to 28th May 2023
• Second Semester Break Begins and Ends – 29th May 2023 to 3rd July 2023
• Marking of Scripts and consideration of all second-semester results by Departments, Faculties, and Senate Business Committee Ends – 24th June 2023
• Consideration and Approval of all results in a regular Senate Meeting – 30th June 2023.
