National Open University (NOUN) 11th Convocation Ceremony| Programme of Events

The National Open University (NOUN) scheduled programme of events for its 11th convocation ceremony.

The management of the National Open University (NOUN) has announced that the 11th convocation ceremony for the conferment of certificates, degree, diploma, postgraduate diploma, master’s degree schedule has been released.

The schedule for this ceremony includes the set date, time and venue for the event to take place.

However, the management of the National Open University (NOUN) has announced that the 11th convocation ceremony will hold on the 25th & 26th of March, 2023, and wish to invite the entire public, parents, Guardians and graduands to the ceremony.

Below are further details about the 11th convocation ceremony

Please note that the Convocation Ceremony will be held off-site and on-site as follows: 

1. All First-class graduands; Award winners; Master’s degree and Ph.D. graduands will hold an On-site ceremony at the University Headquarters, Jabi, Abuja. 
2. All 1st degree and PGD graduands will hold the ceremony at their State Capital Study Centres.

Convocation Lecture by:  
Prof. Osita M. Ogbu 
OON – Director, Institute of Development Studies  Faculty of Social Sciences  University of Nigeria, NSUKKA. 
Theme: “The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Challenge of Poverty Reduction in Nigeria” 
Time: 10.00a.m. 
Venue: On-site Convocation Arena, National Open University of Nigeria, Plot 91, Cadastral Zone, Nnamdi Azikiwe Expressway, Jabi, FCT, Abuja.  
Virtual/Off-site Other graduands are to participate from their respective State Capital Study Centres by joining the virtual convocation at: https://www.livestream.nou.edu.ng

(i) Award of Bachelor Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, Master and Doctorate Degrees.
