O’Level Requirements
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management;
You require; Five SSCE credits including English Language, Mathematics, Economics plus any two subjects listed under the Direct Entry column.
Direct Entry Requirements
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require; Two ‘A’ level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government, Geography and Statistics.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UNIBEN ACCEPTS:
a: O’ level requirements plus two subjects at the GCE (A/L) or HSC one of which must be Economics, Business Management or Mathematics. In exceptional cases, the following qualifications may also be considered
b. O’ level requirements plus a complete pass in the intermediate examination of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or any other professional Human Resources Management body.
c. O’ level requirements plus the National Diploma in Business Administration, or any relevant subject (passed with minimum average of upper credit).
