Requirements for Macquarie University Masters Scholarship Qualification
To be eligible for this award, you must be a female undergraduate or postgraduate student studying Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. You must also meet the following requirements:
- To be eligible for this award, you must be a citizen of the Sub-Saharan Africa* region.
- A minimum of 65 WAM for Postgraduate applications or 85 ATAR (or equivalent) for Undergraduate applications is required.
- Hold a full offer for one of the courses indicated below in the ‘Applicable course’ section (single or double degree).
- Be a full-time student studying on campus (or online if COVID-19 border restrictions apply).
- Must not have received a scholarship or sponsorship from Macquarie University or another organisation (unless the Scholarship states otherwise).
How to Apply for Macquarie University Masters Scholarship
- Applicants must complete an online course application form. Once your course application has been processed, you will be given a Macquarie University Student Number, which you must have to complete the online scholarship application form.
- Applicants must complete an online scholarship application form and type “African Women STEM” in the Scholarship Name field.
