- Registered Midwifery/Medical Laboratory License (for Environmental Health Programme)
- NOUN Admission Letter
- Passport-size photograph
- Evidence of Payment (via Remita)
Postgraduate (Master’s ) Students
The list of documents for Postgraduate students includes the following:
