- You must have completed secondary school as a science student or be enrolled in SSS3 to be eligible to apply for admission to the Iyi-Enu Mission Hospital School of Nursing.
- You must get at least five O’level credits, which must be done in no more than two sittings, from organizations that administer reputable exams, like WAEC, GCE, NECO, and NABTEB. While WAEC and NECO scores can be combined, NABTEB results cannot. The disciplines that must be studied are English, math, biology, chemistry, and physics.
- Color and a plain background are required for your passport photo.
- Use a colored printer to print your exam slip so that your passport photo prints in color and the text shows in black and white.

- Pay the sum of seventeen thousand five hundred naira (17500) to any of the following banks;

- Then Proceed to the school to upload their receipt and name.
- Students who pay through EcoBank, can Log in to https://portal2.iyienusonam.co.uk/jaxt.php?n=n and fill in the form or log on to www.iyienusonam.co.uk:
- Click on the Application Form
- Click on ‘’Submit Teller”
- Fill out the form and input all information correctly.
- After submission, your PIN will automatically be generated and sent to your email within minutes/hours after confirmation.
- Once the pin is gotten, log into https://portal2.iyienusonam.co.uk/jax_reg.php and input the pin exactly how it is sent to you to access your form.
- Fill out the form and provide all necessary information accurately.
- Before you fill out the form online, you are expected to create a username and password that are easy to remember. The password and username enable you to access your data any time and any day.
- After submission, you are expected to print out your exam slip, providing you with your exam number, date, and venue. Print your exam slip via this link https://portal2.iyienusonam.co.uk/jax_log.php. Please remember the username and password you just created.
- Keep the exam slip safe, as it gives you access to the exam hall. Should you lose yours, you will be charged for reprinting if done within the school.
