Federal Polytechnic Idah ID Card Production Notice

This is to inform all Federal Polytechnic Idah ND1 and HND1 students for the 2023/2024 that the institution’s portal is now open for students to fill in ID card application forms. 

This comes with a strict two-week submission period. Failure to complete the process within the specified time frame will result in a fine of one thousand Naira (₦1,000) only. 

Procedure For the Production of an Identity Card

• Login to the portal (https://student.fepoda.edu.ng/) using your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER or GNI FORM NUMBER (as applicable).
• Upload a high-quality passport photo that clearly shows all facial features. Please note that photos taken with head coverings will not be acceptable. The photo must be in JPEG format and between 40 and 50 kb.
• Upload a scanned signature with a white background. It must also be in JPEG format and between 40 and 50 kb in size.
• Print the ID card application form and submit it to the concerned HOD for verification. 

Heads of departments are instructed to ensure that only registered students are authenticated while you submit the duly verified form to the secretary of the department. 

The secretaries should arrange the forms in serial order and submit them to the ID department along with the list of registered students.

All students should fill in their details in BLOCK LETTERS and check for corrections before submitting to avoid errors.

Conclusion

All Federal Polytechnic Idah NDI and HNDI students must follow these guidelines.
