Some of these cities have at least one university in those that have reached such a ranking as the most prestigious school in the world.

The tuition fees in Toronto usually range from $16,000 to $18,000 per year.
All international students must apply for a study permit via a Canadian visa agency or the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website to school and work in Canada.
International students can work on campus without further documentation as a full-time student with a valid study permit.
International students who want to work outside the campus are automatically permitted to do so through their study permit as long as they do not work for more than 20 hours a week during the term.
Canadian law says international students must enroll in a six-month or longer program at a designated institution to qualify for this.

Melbourne, Australia, has many black and Afro-American students taking classes in these universities, especially the University of Melbourne, with more than 13,000 international students from 40,000, according to News.
Melbourne is proud that he gets the highest score from students from different races. Apart from the student population’s size and cultural diversity, social integration and tolerance levels are also quite remarkable.

The tuition fees plus the cost of living of these seven universities in Melbourne, on average, according to QS, is about $13,700, which is less expensive than cities in other major countries in the world.
