ENS International Selection Scholarships Application Portal

ENS International Selection Scholarships 2022/2023 for students is a partially funded scholarship. The École Normale Supérieure (ENS) is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students into this scholarship.


About ENS International Selection Scholarships

Young graduates in Arts & Humanities, as well as Sciences who justify at least one year of undergraduate studies in a foreign university and distinguish themselves with outstanding results, are eligible for ENS International selection scholarships, which are awarded through a yearly competitive examination.

The École Normale Supérieure (ENS) aspires to diversify its student profiles by enrolling students from all over the world in the 3rd year of bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computing science (license 3) or the 1st year of master’s degree (master 1), regardless of field.

Eligibility Criteria for International Selection Scholarships

1. Candidates must be under 26 when they apply (must not have reached their 26th birthday)

2. Applicants must not have applied to the International Selection before.

3. Applicants must not have spent over 10 months in France during the academic year of the selection.

4. They must show that they completed at least one year of undergraduate study at a foreign university during the year prior to applying.

5. Candidates justify at least two years of undergraduate studies in a foreign university (outside France), on the 1st of September following admission.

6. As an exception, the Director of ENS could allow the application of a candidate whose academic background outside France is not standard.

Financial Benefits from ENS Scholarships: Monthly grant of 1,000 Euros for 3 years and a room on one of the ENS campuses.


Application Tips

For Session 2022, the application form and supporting documents must be submitted online by December 12, 2021 (Sciences) or December 9, 2021 (Arts & Humanities). To apply for this scholarship, go to the official link below and fill out the application form.
