The ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is a unique program that allows exemplary university students to start a career at ARM.
The program exposes participants to meaningful assignments that provide real-world experience and prepare them to enter the workforce or continue their professional development.

AYTP is how ARM impacts talent development in its environment. The program is designed to provide excellent learning opportunities for interns and facilitate job creation once they complete their internship program and graduate from university.
Program Structure of ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP)
Interns receive comprehensive training in a learning-oriented environment with exposure to real business projects, transactions, and corporate initiatives.
At the end of the project, interns are required to write a report and give a presentation on the subject of the project to assess their suitability.

The AYTP enables interns to develop technical, experiential, and interpersonal skills by networking with other interns, current employees, and customers.

ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) Eligibility
AYTP is open to undergraduate students who have completed at least a two-year degree and are on track for a first or second-class upper or the equivalent.
The program seeks highly qualified students in all disciplines with excellent communication, analytical, and logical reasoning.
Additionally, Strong interpersonal and relational skills, collaborative and innovative abilities, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and stimulating work environment.
How to Apply for the ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP)
Interested and qualified applicants can apply online through the ARM website by March 13, 2023. Successful applicants will resume in June 2023.
