ACEONDO Department of Fine & Applied Arts Admission Requirement

This article is designed to  students who wish to study Fine and Applied Arts Faculty of Education in Adeyemi College of Education Ondo (ACEONDO) as it is very important for all candidates who wish to apply for any of the courses offered in Adeyemi College Of Education, to carefully confirm and see if the course they Selected is offered in the institution before registering for JAMB.

The Adeyemi College of Education is a federal government higher education institution located in Ondo City, Ondo State, Nigeria. It is affiliated to Obafemi Awolowo University for its degree programmes.  Adeyemi College of Education was named after Canon M. C. Adeyemi (one of the earliest educationists in Yorubaland).

To study  Fine and Applied Arts candidates must meet the following requirements.

O’LEVEL SUBJECT COMBINATION

The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Fine And Applied Art;

You require; Five SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Fine Arts and any other two subjects from:
1. Craft
2. Textile Clothing
3. Technical Drawing
4. A Science subject
5. An Arts subject
6. Decorative Painting
7. Spray Painting, Lining, Sign and Design
8. Wall Hanging, Colour Mixing/Matching and Glazing
9. Graphic Design
10. Graphic Printing
11. Ceramics
12. Basic Electricity.
13. General Wood work
14. General Metal Work
15. Men/Ladies Garment Construction & Finishing
16. Spinning 16. Weaving
17. Men/Ladies Textile Design
18.Surface Design & Printing
19 Bleaching, Dyeing and Finishing.
20. Spraying, Painting, Linning, Sign and Design

JAMB SUBJECT COMBINATION

In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Fine And Applied Art under the Faculty of Education in the above Universities include;

Fine Arts and any two other subjects

JAMB Score

All candidates interested in getting admitted to the  Adeyemi College Of Education for the 2019/2020 session, should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 180 or above in your JAMB result.
