The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Education & Yoruba include the following:
- Five (5) SSCE credit passes, including English Language and Yoruba
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Yoruba and any two (2) subjects from below:
- History
- Literature in English
- French
- Christian Religious Studies
- Islamic Studies
- Arabic
- Geography
- Physics
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Education & Yoruba if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require:
- Two (2) NCE/’A’ Level passes in Yoruba and any of the subjects below:
- Literature in English
- Christian Religious Studies
- Islamic Studies
- Igbo
- French
JAMB Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted to the Adeyemi College Of Education for the 2022/2023 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 120 or above in your JAMB result.
