The general public and all students of Adekunle Ajasin University Aungba Akoko are informed that the school has sent out a notice to all students who changed courses from 2017-2020 and have not printed their letters through regularization.
Consequent to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) circular concerning the students’ regularization from the 2017 to 2020 Academic Session, the institution has been mandated to forward the list of the affected candidates to JAMB.
Given the above, all affected students that did Change Course from 2017 to 2020 and have not printed their Change of Admission Letter through regularization are expected to come to the Admissions office with their old and new admission letters (JAMB and Interim) on or before 6th September 2021.
Furthermore, any student that applied for Inter or Intra Faculty transfer, and Inter-University transfer from 2017 to 2020 who are yet to do their regularization and print new admission letters from JAMB, are also to visit the Admissions Office on or before 6th September 2021.
This circular aims to bring the above to the attention of all affected students for compliance. Please be guided.
