This message is to inform the public that Joseph Ayo Babalola University, JABU Admision screening /Post UTME form 2018/2019 academic session is out with its cut-off mark of 200.

Also,the general public is hereby informed that application forms for admission into the degree Programme of Joseph Ayo Babalola University is now available on-line for the 2018/2019 academic session

RELEVANT: The general public shoould be aware that JABU Post UTME form is not online but this page will be updated as soon as it is.

Candidates Eligible for JABU Post UTME.
  • Candidates who chose JABU in the 2018 Universities Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 200 or above for screening.
  • Joseph Ayo Babalola University requires all candidates applying for admission into any of its courses to possess five credit “O” level passes.

COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES

  1. B. Agric. With option in:
    • Agricultural Economics and Extension Services
    • Animal Science and Production
  2. B.Sc. Food Science and Technology

College Admission Requirements:

Five ‘O’ Level credit passes at SSCE,NECO or equivalent to include English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science and Economics. A pass in Physics is acceptable.

  1. COLLEGE OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES
  1. B.Arc. Architecture
  2. B.Sc. Estate Management

College Admission Requirements:

  1. For Architecture, Estate Management: 5 credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and any one of the following: Geography, Fine Art, Economics, Technical Drawing, Building Construction, Biology and Agric Science.
  1. COLLEGE OF HUMANITIES
  1. B.A English
  2. B.A History and international Studies
  3. B.A Religious Studies

College Admission Requirements:

  1. Five ‘O’ Level credit passes at SSCE, NECO or equivalent in English Language and four other Arts and Social Science subjects.
  2. For B.A. English, the other four subjects must include literature in English.
  3. For B.A. History and international Studies, the four subjects must include Government or History.
  1. COLLEGE OF NATURAL SCIENCES
  1. B.Sc. Biochemistry
  2. B.Sc.Computer Science
  3. B.Sc.Microbiology
  4. B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry

College Admission Requirements:

  1. For B. Sc. Biochemistry, five ‘O’ Level credit passes at SSCE or equivalent, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
  2. For B.Sc. Microbiology, Agricultural Science is acceptable in lieu of Biology.
  3. For B.Sc. Computer Science: five ‘O’ Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Geography.

  1. B.Sc.Economics
  2. B.Sc. Mass Communication
  3. B.Sc. International Relations
  4. B.Sc.. Political Science

College Admission Requirements:

  1. For B.Sc. Economics: candidates must possess 5 ‘O’ Level credit in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two Arts or Social Science subjects.
  2. For B.Sc. Political Science and International Relations: 5 ‘O’ Level credit passes in English Language, Government/History and any other 3 subjects at least, a pass in Mathematics is required.
  3. For B.Sc. Mass Communication, the 5 ‘O’ Level credit passes must include English Language and Literature in English. At least, a pass in Mathematics is required.

  1. B.Sc. Accounting
  2. B.Sc. Business Administration
  3. B.Sc. Entrepreneurship
  4. B.Sc. Industrial Relation and Human Resources Management

College Admission Requirements:

  1. For B.Sc. Business Administration, insurance, Entrepreneurship and Accounting candidates must possess 5 ‘O’ Level credit in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two Arts or Social Science subjects.
  2. For B.Sc. Industrial Relation and Human Resources Management, 5 ‘O’ Level credit passes must include Mathematics and English Language.

JABU Screening Requirements.

Candidates wishing to apply for admission into the University must possess GCE, O/L, SSCE (WAEC), NECO, NABTEB or equivalent with minimum credit passes in five subjects including English Language and Mathematics at one or two sittings. Interested candidates who have already applied to JAMB for admission and wish to change their first choice University to Joseph Ayo Babalola University are required to:

  1. Apply for change of institution through JAMB
  2. Obtain Joseph Ayo Babalola university Application Form;
  3. Participate in the screening exercise.
