PERFORMING MUSICIANS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA ( PMAN)- RIVERS STATE CHAPTER CANCELS ELECTIONS!!!

There was a big saga today at the supposed PMAN elections in the City of Port Harcourt as the Eleco Chairman ran away during the Election.

The elections has been cancelled because the Eleco Chairman ran before the election could take place. An eye witnessed said people blocked his car and broke the will screen of the Eleco’s Chairman car, but he managed to escaped.

Sources said the Eleco Chairman has been postponing the elections since last year August for an unknown reasons or reasons best known to him.

And today 07-03-2016 that the main elections was to take place, the Eleco Chairman ran for an unknown reason.

Now the question is what really went down and what made the suppose Eleco Chairman to run?

The association of recording artiste has decided to stand and work on their own without  PMAN and has strongly warned all the members of the recording artiste both far and near to stay as one and support each other in the music race.

And it was declared that the Port Harcourt artist can and will make without PMAN. This is so because the artist are tired of the PMAN Port Harcourt Chapter 0f it’s constant failure to deliver and rescue the needs and wants of The Recording Artiste in the city of Port Hacourt.

One of the artist that attended the supposed event said that he is sick and tired of the election manipulations of the Chairman.

”Due to the decision of the eleco to cancel and postpone  the elections till further notice by the eleco Chairman, Mr Jerry Demoah, after being forced to come back and conduct the election by the association of recorded artist (A.R.A) and the entire members of PMAN has said goodbye to PMAN for mis-leading them for the past  fifteen years now, and still no good result”.

The recording artist in Rivers State Chapter has said enough is enough with the following statement-

”PMAN stay on your own and let the recording artist in Rivers State stay on their own. More so, we are the industry government and not some old nonentities in a brief conversation in an interview with Silverbird Ryhtm 93.7 radio station in the garden city of Port Harcourt this evening- 07-03-2016.
