The federal scholarship board of Nigerian (FSB) scholarship is ON for undergraduate, post graduate, Higher national diploma, ( HND) And NCE.
This benevolent act of the federal government is to is designed to promote formal education across the country, promote scientific and economic development in the country.
The scholarship scheme of the federal government tends to improve proper education across the country and put in place the welfare of Nigerian student more especially those in the tertiary institution.
This scholarship award scheme is for both undergraduate and post graduate student in Universities, polytechnics, monotechnics and collages of education.

With this scholarship award scheme,at least 97% of the problem facing Nigerian students will be combated and the anti-social behaviour of the students will be reduced to the minimum. professionalism and qualified education will be improved and Nigeria as a state can stand tall and compete with other countries in the continent and the world at large in terms of education.
Candidates must fill the form correctly and forward it through His/Her Head of Department together with other necessary documents to get tothe registrar of the institution before the dead line.

d. course registration.
e. two (2) passport photograph with the name fully written at the back and the signature of the scholar. ( staple 2 coppies on the space provide on the application form)
THE WORTH OF EACH NIGERIAN SCHOLARSHIP AWARD.
Post-graduate scholars: 180,000 per annum
Post HNO: 180,000 per annum
HND: 100,000 per annum
NCE: 100,000 per annum
Under-Graduate: 150,000 per annum.
PROGRAMMES AVALIABLE IN NIGERIAN TERTIARY INSTITUTION
Under Nigerian scholarship award, the following pragrammes are covered in federal scholarship scheme avaliable in the Nigerian tertiary institution.
For NCE, scholars in 2nd and 3rd year are required to have the minimum of 4.00 GP .
HOW TO APPLY
Collection and submission of form:
Application forms are free of charge from the registrar’s office in the following institution.
a. Federal and State Universities
b. Federal and State polytechnics/Colleges of Technology
c. Federal and State Colleges of Education Students who are qualified to apply according to the above criteria should collect Application forms from their institutions and submit the duly completed forms at the interview venue.
Candidates are advised to make only one entry. Those who make multiple entries will have their entries rejected.
Completed application forms must be legible (Candidates are therefore advised to write legibly)
Incomplete and incorrect completion of forms will lead to disqualification.
